Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aury. Creating an account means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

Aury builds and operates online stores. It generates storefronts, writes listings, imports catalogues from other platforms, and - on paid plans - runs an operator that performs commerce tasks on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for the security of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.

You keep all rights to your products, images, text, trademarks and data. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display them in order to run your store. You are responsible for what you sell, for your own store's legal compliance, and for your own privacy policy toward your shoppers.

Aury generates text and imagery automatically. It can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything published on your store, and for ensuring product claims, pricing and policies are accurate before customers see them.

Actions that spend, refund or commit money require your explicit approval. You remain responsible for approvals you give, including any standing rules you set.

Subscriptions are billed through Dodo Payments on the plan you select. Plans bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued only where a platform failure on our side prevented the service from working; fees are otherwise non-refundable, including for unused time in a billing period.

Customer payments to your store settle directly to your own payment processor account; Aury does not hold your revenue.

Connecting a third-party service (Google, Shopify, Stripe, Meta and others) means you also accept that provider's terms. You confirm you are authorised to connect the accounts you connect.

Do not use Aury to sell unlawful goods, infringe intellectual property, misrepresent your business, send unsolicited bulk messages, or attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. No service level agreement is offered unless separately agreed in writing.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
